Former Kangaroo Majak Daw given chance to continue AFL career with Demons rookie spot

Majak Daw has earned the opportunity to add another chapter to his remarkable comeback after being offered a rookie contract by Melbourne.

Daw was delisted by North Melbourne at the end of last season after 54 AFL matches across eight seasons.

The 29-year-old’s career looked over in 2018 after he suffered horrific hip and pelvic injuries in a fall from a Melbourne bridge.

But he made a remarkable return for the Kangaroos in the round 19 win against Adelaide in Carrara last year.
