Fitness trainer Emily Skye takes aim at ‘snap back’ baby body myth: ‘Felt like an imposter’ – 9Honey

Emily Skye has addressed the myth of “bouncing back” post-baby after photos of actress Emily Ratajkowski with a flat stomach emerged 11 days after she gave birth.
The Gold Coast fitness trainer and mum of two shared a video of her postpartum body, calling out the “upsetting” pressure on women to ‘snap back’.
In the video, Skye stands in a gym, cradling her postpartum bump, while time stamps indicated it took the fitness professional months to aim for a new personal “best” body.
