Fitbit down: why your Fitbit isn’t syncing, and what you can do – Techradar
Ongoing outage is preventing users worldwide syncing data

The Fitbit app has been down for five and a half hours so far, leaving users unable to view their sleep, heart rate and activity stats, or send messages to contacts. Fitbit Premium users are unable to access workouts and mindfulness sessions, and those who log out of the app in an attempt to fix the problem can’t log back in.
The company is aware of the problem and says that it’s currently working on a fix, but there’s no timescale so far. We’ve reached out to Fitbit for comment.
