Fish of the Week entry from Dan White… “Hi Bill. Last day of our Noosa holidays and my daughter Sophie landed a cracking 82cm flathead off the beach at Noosa Sound. The flathead was caught on a live herring caught by the kids in a cast net. The rod had been set up for whiting fishing so the herring was pinned in the shoulder on a size 4 long shank hook that thankfully was lodged on the corner of the flathead’s mouth. After a couple of quick photos she was released fit and healthy back…
