The first batch of the 9,750 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 made by Pfizer-BioNTech arrived in Greece late Friday and the first vaccinations are expected to start immediately.
The first to be vaccinated are the people working at COVID referral hospitals in Attica. Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and President of Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou will be vaccinated on Sunday.
On Monday 28 December the vaccine will be distributed to COVID referral hospitals.
