Fertility treatment company Monash IVF has reported a 41 per cent plunge in full year earnings after the coronavirus pandemic caused suspension of all non-urgent elective surgery.
Net profit for 2019-20 was just $11.7 million, with the company saying the suspension resulted in a 71 per cent fall in stimulated cycles at Australian clinics and a 76 per cent decline at Malaysian facilities in April and May.
