A woman has died this morning as a result of injuries sustained in a traffic crash on December 16 at Pimpama.
At 5.25pm the woman was driving her car south on Creek Street when a car heading north has turned right into Mirambeena Drive and collided with her car.
The 70-year-old Ormeau woman was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital, however she died in the early hours of this morning.
The driver of the other car, a 21-year-old Pimpama man, was transported to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Forensic Crash Unit officers continue to investigate.
