It’s incredibly difficult to know what is the right thing to say, as the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games come to a close.

Is it “thank you, Tokyo” for all that you’ve done?

Is it “sorry we have imposed” when you really didn’t want us here?

Is it “congratulations” for the incredible success…
