The family of a four-year-old girl involved in a racial profiling incident at a Big W store in South Australia has conducted a traditional healing ceremony with store staff as a way to help them move forward.

It comes as the family plans to file a complaint against SA Police over its handling of an allegation that their daughter was assaulted by a Big W staff member.
Following an investigation, SA Police found no assault had occurred.
