Extradition request to be sent to India in search for Toyah Cordingley murder suspect

A suspect in the murder of Queensland woman Toyah Cordingley is a step closer to being brought to Australia after the federal government signed an extradition request.
Cordingley, 24, was found dead on Wangetti Beach in far north Queensland in October 2018.
A key person of interest is believed to have fled to India in the days after her death.
