Melbourne Storm’s Nicho Hynes could be the buy of the season for a rival NRL club, rugby league great Peter Sterling says.
Hynes is primarily a fullback but has aced a number of positions for the Storm. He handled five-eighth with aplomb last weekend in a win over the Dragons, running a game-high 225m while making two try assists and four line break assists.
Hynes is off-contract at the end of the season and said after his Magic Round performance: “I have been pretty vocal that I want to be a starter….
