‘I’m doing 5000 sit-ups a day, if not more’
Once an overweight kid, George Kambosos Jr is now daring the champion of the world to punch him in the stomach.
“I just finished up my 2000 sit-ups that I do every routine, every night,” Kambosos tells Wide World of Sports after he picks up the phone in Miami.
“I’ve been doing a fair bit of abs obviously throughout my whole career but I’ve really upped the tempo now. I’m doing about 5000 a day, if not more.
