Victoria’s former health minister Jenny Mikakos has accused Premier Daniel Andrews of political deflection over the inquiry into the state’s bungled hotel quarantine program.

The final report into the flawed program was handed down yesterday and found private security should not have been used in the hotels, and that no-one has taken ownership of the decision to engage them.
