Hopoate, who has not got a club for 2021, pleaded guilty to two charges of common assault in Port Macquarie court on Tuesday.
The son of NRL cult hero John struck his partner, Shae Beathe, in the car park of the Club Panthers licensed venue in Port Macquarie on December 28 last year.
It came after Hopoate was thrown out for spitting on security after he and Beathe the mother of his nine-month-old child became embroiled in an argument.
