Speaking from the Pilbara, where Mr Cook has travelled to meet with community leaders over the outbreak on board the bulk carrier Patricia Oldendorff, off the coast of Port Hedland, he said all crew members were in good health, with daily cleaning of the stricken vessel reducing its risk profile.
