The family home of energy mogul Philip St Baker has sold for almost $4.5 million after being passed in at auction.
The five-bedroom architecturally built, executive family home on the riverfront at 32 Hiron Street in St Lucia went under the hammer on October 3 and despite there being more than 100 people in attendance and several registered bidders, no one cast a bid.
