From Friday, regional Victorians will be able to leave home for more than just the five permitted reasons.

The Victorian government has confirmed COVID-19 lockdown for regional Victoria will end on Thursday night.
It means from tomorrow regional Victorians can leave home for more than just the five permitted reasons.
Metropolitan Melbourne however will remain in lockdown for another week.

It comes as the state recorded two new locally acquired cases overnight, taking the state’s outbreak to 63.
