Encrypted messaging app Signal no longer working in China
Encrypted messaging app Signal appeared to no longer be working in China without the use of a virtual private network (VPN) as of Tuesday morning (local time), users in the country said.

- Signal has attracted more than 500,000 downloads in China, especially since an exodus away from WhatsApp
