Emma Thompson has called out the industry’s sexist double standard in Hollywood, especially for romantic comedies.
In an interview with the podcast CultureBlast, Thompson, 61, talked about her upcoming film Good Luck to You, Leo Grande, where she plays a 55-year-old widow who hires a sex worker almost half her age after realising she’s lived her life never having good sex.
