Emirates to resume flights to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane after backlash – 7NEWS.com.au
“We regret the inconvenience caused to our customers,” the airline said in a statement.

Emirates has announced that it will resume passenger flights to Australias east coast, just days after it pulled out of the routes.
The airline will restart flights to Sydney from Monday, Melbourne from Tuesday and Brisbane from Thursday while services between Dubai and Perth will continue as scheduled.
The backflip comes after the Middle-Eastern airline faced a major backlash from Australians left stranded overseas by the controversial decision.
