Two months after coming out as transgender
Elliot Page has filed for divorce from wife Emma Portner two months after Page announced he is transgender.
“After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce following our separation last summer,” Page, 33, and Portner, 26, said in a statement via The Hollywood Reporter. “We have the utmost respect for each other and remain close friends.”
