Elizabeth Chambers Hammer has filed for a divorce from Armie Hammer after 10 years of marriage.
Elizabeth, 37, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, in documents obtained by People. The journalist listed their date of separation as July 6 (US Time), four days before they officially announced their breakup on social media.
The pair share two children together daughter Harper, five, and son Ford, three. The documents also state that Elizabeth has requested primary custody of the children, as well as joint legal custody.

Last week, the couple took to social media to announce news of their split and their intentions to “turn the page and move on.”
“Thirteen years as best friends, soulmates, partners and then parents. It has been an incredible journey, but together, we’ve decided to turn the page and move on from our marriage,” the statement read.

Prior to announcing their split, The Social Network star and Elizabeth were spending the lockdown in the Cayman Islands. Armie spent a portion of his childhood there before making the move to Los Angeles.

In February this year, Elizabeth told Us Weekly that she wanted to have more children with Hammer.
“I want all the babies!” she told the outlet. “I want to have so many babies all the time. I love my kids. I want all of that, all the time.”
Hammer and Chambers sparked a romance in 2008 after being longtime friends. The two tied the knot in May 2010.
