Elderly pedestrian dies in hospital day after being hit by car at Mermaid Waters
An elderly pedestrian has died one day after being hit by a car on the Gold Coast.
The 70-year-old man was crossing Markeri St at the intersection with Rio Vista Blvd in Mermaid Waters when he was hit by a Subaru Liberty about 4.50pm on Tuesday.
