Eftpos buys Beem It to expand into digital wallets – The Australian Financial Review
CBA, Westpac and NAB have sold their P2P payments app to Eftpos which will offer it for payments at the point of sale.

Mr Benton said Eftpos planned to add additional services into Beem It, including lifestyle management services, loyalty and management of receipts. It will also provide its digital identity solution, connectID, to Beem It.
He declined to reveal the purchase price. Eftpos has 19 shareholders including the major banks, other banks and also Coles and Woolworths.
The deal comes after Eftpos last week launched a loyalty program under its new public API
