Strength can be improved an muscle loss decreased in one arm without even moving it, simply by exercising with the other, the research from Edith Cowan University (ECU) found.
The findings add weight to previous research which shows that “eccentric” exercises, are more effective at growing muscle than “concentric” exercises.
