The Duchess of Cambridge has surprised royal followers with a new video teasing the release of survey results later this week.
Kate Middleton, 38, announced the Five Big Questions on Under Fives survey earlier this year, the largest public survey of its kind. The Duchess promoted the survey between January 22 and February 21 with visits to Cardiff, Birmingham, Woking, London, Belfast and Aberdeen in the UK.
