Drug smuggler was ‘kidnapped’ and ‘forced’ to take part
Dru Baggaley, 39, an oyster farmer from Tweed Heads and the brother of Olympian Nathan Baggaley, told the jury in his Supreme Court trial today that he had refused to board a boat and go out to sea from Brunswick Heads on July 30, 2018 with his friend Anthony Trevor Draper, 56, a former fisherman from Manly, in Sydney’s north, but Draper had “turned” on him and made threats.“If we miss this thing then you are f***ed, you’re dead, your family is dead you are coming out to sea whether you like…
