Lorraine Kelly spoke to Dr Hilary Jones on Monday about the possibility of Prime Minister Boris Johnson implementing another lockdown amid a sharp rise in COVID-19 cases.
“We saw the highest number of cases for four months on since the 8th May on Saturday, with 4,422 positive cases,” said Hilary.
