Non-medical NHS staff, tranport workers and others are at high risk of death from coronavirus but are low-priority for jabs

Senior public health advisers and unions have warned that frontline workers could die unnecessarily from Covid-19 because they have not been prioritised in the governments vaccine distribution plan.
The Department of Healths interim plan for delivering a new vaccine, which could be approved by the end of the year and rolled out in 2021, prioritises the elderly along with health and care workers but doesnt include essential workers in the most dangerous roles.
