Martial arts legend Donnie Yen (“Rogue One,” “IP Man”) has been cast in the fourth “John Wick” film at Lionsgate.
Yen will play an old friend of Reeves’ assassin who shares his same history and many of the same enemies. He joins a cast that also includes popstar Rina Sawayama, with more names expected to be announced shortly.
Shay Hatten and Michael Finch take over scripting duties on the new entry with Chad Stahelski returning as director. Filming begins this Summer on location in France, Germany…
