Donald Trump accused by Joe Biden of weakening US security agencies, obstructing transition

United States president-elect Joe Biden has accused President Donald Trump of weakening many of the country’s security agencies and labelled the lack of information being provided to his transition team as “irresponsibility”.

- Mr Trump refused to allow federal agencies to cooperate with the incoming administration until three weeks after the election
