Dogs stun Blues with final quarter fightback – AFL
The Bulldogs finished with a flurry of goals as the Blues ran out of steam
THE WESTERN Bulldogs have staged a final-quarter fightback to snatch victory away from a gallant Carlton outfit in a 16-point win at Marvel Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Dogs started strong, but the Blues wrestled momentum back throughout the second and third quarters, before the Bulldogs piled on the goals in the final term to run out victors 16.11 (107) to 13.13 (91).
