Sunday Joseph Ofili’s Brisbane District Court claim says he missed a flight to attend his mother’s funeral overseas because he was detained for almost three hours on October 20, 2017.Police had gone to Dr Ofili’s home at Narangba north of Brisbane at 5pm to investigate an alleged domestic violence offence, the claim says.Dr Ofili allowed two officers to enter the home, but 10 minutes later, after he asked them to leave, he was detained.
