DJ sells party pad for $200,000 more than he paid a year ago
The rooftop terrace at the house, built by Graya, at 192 Baroona Rd, Paddington, which has just sold for $2.55m.
INTERNATIONAL disco jockey Will Sparks has sold his Paddington party pad for $200,000 more than he paid for it only a year ago.
The DJ, who recently released his latest track, Nevermind, paid $2.35 million in June 2019 for the house at 192 Baroona Road.
