Disappearance of girl, 12, in Queensland sparks appeal

A 12-year-old girl not seen in two days may have left her central Queensland home in the company of others.

The girl was last seen leaving an address in Gracemere in Rockhampton on the afternoon of Saturday, December 12.

Police believe she was with other young people when she left the premises.

There are unconfirmed reports the girl travelled to Mackay with a woman, 33, and 14-year-old girl.

Police believe the trio may have made the trip by bus.
