Dicker Data founder selling $42.2m block – The Australian Financial Review
Tech entrepreneur David Dicker was selling a $42.2 million parcel of shares at a discount on Thursday night.

The hardware, software and cloud distributor recorded revenue of $1.07 billion in the first half to June 30, up 6.3 per cent. It also grew net profit before tax to $46 million, up more than 9 per cent.
