‘Diabolical’: Australian box office crashed by almost 70 per cent last year – Sydney Morning Herald
While the pandemic slashed ticket sales to $401 million, there were silver linings for Australian films this year.

The top 10 for 2020 included two movies released since cinemas reopened that are still running Tenet ($15.9 million) and Wonder Woman: 1984 ($11.8 million).
Australian films earned $22.6 million, headed by The Invisible Man ($9.1 million), Rams ($4.4 million) and Miss Fisher and the Crypt of Tears ($3 million) accounting for almost 6 per cent of total box office.
