For anyone looking to pick up where they left off in Diablo II 21 years ago, the remastered version will accept old PC saves.

Diablo II’s upcoming remastered edition will let players pick up right where they left off.
According to IGN Middle East, producer Matthew Cederquist excitedly advised classic Diablo II fans to keep their saves. They can be imported into the remastered edition just as if they were made yesterday.
