Devolver Digital has acquired Croteam, the studio behind Serious Sam and The Talos Principle.
Devolver Digital has purchased Serious Sam developer Croteam.Devolver Digital announced today that, having worked together for over a decade, the decision has been made to bring the two companies together, with Devolver joking in its announcement blog post that they had decided to get married.
