Demolish Packer’s Pecker and reclaim the park it was meant to be – The Age
After the scandal Crown’s casinos, we could turn its Sydney tower into public housing and call it Packer’s Penance. Better still, tear it down.
Portent 1: last weeks tale of woe from the supertall Manhattan resi-tower, 432 Park Ave. Panels cracking, materials igniting, people dying and buildings becoming uninhabitable with no proper redress; were used to such sagas from rented towers.
