Delta Goodrem has revealed a secret health battle that saw her lose the ability to control her speech.
In a six-minute video posted to social media, Goodrem documents her struggle, revealing it is the story behind her song Paralyzed.
I wanted to share my story and say why I hadnt had music out for so long and why this song and why I wrote it, Goodrem says in the video.
