David Crisafulli MP has called for the reinstatement of breach of bail as a criminal offence, declaring that if the law isn’t changed, “we aren’t serious about it”.
Speaking in Townsville, the Opposition Leader
said the change was a necessary part of youth justice reform.“We have been mocked and we have been derided, but sadly Queenslanders are seeing the results of a broken youth justice system.”
