Dave and Phil McGregor decided to get out in Laguna Bay in their kayaks to see if they could rustle up a pelagic or two before the weather change late today. And they certainly did that along the Hall’s Reef stretch when a few peel-offs from a school of cobia went head over heels for their trolled yakka baits.
