The family of a woman killed in a violent assault in a Toowoomba unit four years ago, say they feel let down by the justice system, after her attackers were sentenced in the Supreme Court.

Debbie Combarngo, 37, died in 2018, after she was struck repeatedly with a golf club, hammer and metal pole, when a group of nine people stormed her McGregor Street unit in the Toowoomba suburb of Wilsonton.
