Rival’s wife personally thanks him for bold comments

Daniel Ricciardo says he feels vindicated for his comments about lengthy replays of Romain Grosjean’s crash after the Frenchman’s wife, Marion, personally thanked him – but has agreed to still meet with F1 bosses over the matter.
Grosjean’s horrific accident resulted in a lengthy delay to the Bahrain GP, during which Formula One’s world feed showed a number of replays of the crash, drawing criticism from Ricciardo for the “disgusting” and “completely disrespectful” way the accident was covered.
