And so the 543-page final Report of the Coate Inquiry into Victoria’s deadly Covid-19 hotel quarantining has been tabled.  

Courtesy of the detailed work of retired judge Jennifer Coate,  we now know conclusively the fatal decision to use private security guards in the hotel lockdown program, was wrong. What we also know is that no single figure in Andrew’s shameful administration has been prepared to own up to that decision.

That decision, apparently, made itself.
