‘Dangerous signal’: Europe gives itself power to block vaccine shipments to Australia – Sydney Morning Herald
The European Union exempted more than 120 countries from new export controls but Australia did not make the list.

Pfizer and AstraZeneca will now have to ask the EU for approval before vaccines can be flown abroad. Officials would be lawfully permitted to curb exports if they conclude the shipments would deprive the EUs 27 member countries of its pre-agreed doses.
The Morrison government is worried that Australia could become collateral damage in the dispute.
