Curry crashes out in overtime epic as rising star seals playoff spot
The Memphis Grizzlies outlasted the Golden State Warriors 117-112 in an epic overtime rollercoaster to book their place in the NBA Playoffs and end Steph Currys season despite a sensational solo performance.
MVP candidate Steph Curry backed up his 37 points against the LA Lakers last time out with 39 against Memphis, but again failed to lead his Warriors to victory. He was outshone by a sublime effort from 21-year-old Grizzlies star Ja Morant, who was fearless in a 35 point show.
