According to City Residential Real Estate, there are nearly 27,000 apartments for rent in Melbournes Docklands, Southbank and inner Melbourne, an increase of about 500 in the past week.
Inner Melbourne has the most vacancies, or existing tenants planning to move, totalling about 10,500, followed by Docklands, at around 8400 with some 8300 in Southbank.
