Racing Victoria has added a race to Saturday’s Memsie Stakes meeting to compensate for one lost in last Saturday’s Moonee Valley washout.
The final four races of the Moonee Valley meeting were lost to rain, including a 2040m Open Handicap in which runners aimed at the Caulfield and Melbourne Cups were engaged.
RV has added a 2000m Open Handicap to the Memsie Stakes programme at Caulfield.
